Refund Policy

At Bubble Bakehouse, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

General Return Policy

As our products are food items and perishable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. All sales are final once the order is dispatched.

Eligibility for Refunds

We will consider refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

  • Wrong Product Delivered: You received an item that is different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: Your order arrived in a damaged, spoilt, or defective condition.
  • Missing Items: Part of your order is missing from the package.
  • Did Not Like the Cookies: You are eligible for a full refund if you did not like the taste or experience of the cookies.

Conditions for Refund Claims

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Report within 24 hours: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing SALES@BUBBLEBAKEHOUSE.COM with your order number in the subject line.
  • Photographic Evidence Required: Please provide clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product, including the packaging.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be unopened and in its original packaging (where applicable).

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference after delivery.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Customer unavailability for delivery, resulting in spoilage or return of the product.
  • Delays caused by courier partners (beyond our control).

Refund Process

If your refund claim is approved:

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • Replacement Option: In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

How to Initiate a Refund

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Email us at SALES@BUBBLEBAKEHOUSE.COM within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number, reason for the refund, and photographs of the issue.
  • Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately at SALES@BUBBLEBAKEHOUSE.COM or 8847741888.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Standard refund conditions will apply if you wish to claim a refund.
