All orders are baked fresh, processed, and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience slight delays.

Delivery Issues

Product Freshness
All cookies are baked fresh with a 15-day shelf life from the date of production. Products are carefully packed to maintain freshness during transit. For the best taste and texture, we recommend consuming your cookies as early as possible after delivery.
